# How Sayonic Cloud credits work

Sayonic Cloud is optional and runs on credits. Pro includes 6,000 credits a month and Max 25,000; a Live conversation uses about 100 credits a minute.

## Credits on each plan

Each licence includes Cloud credits every month, on yearly plans too. Unused ones end when the next month's credits arrive.

## What uses credits

A request costs more the bigger it is. A Live conversation costs a set amount for each minute it runs, about 100 credits.

## Buy more credits

You can buy more credits through PayPal, from $5 to $200 at a time. Bought credits don't expire.

## See your balance

Your balance is in Settings → Account.

## Redeem a code

Got a promo code? Redeem it on sayonic.app/redeem: sign in with the email you use in Sayonic, and we'll email you a 6-digit code.

## Questions

**Do bought credits expire?**

No. Credits you buy don't expire.

**Do unused monthly credits carry over?**

No. Unused monthly credits end when the next month's credits arrive.

**Does BYOK include credits?**

No. BYOK has no Cloud credits; it's for your own API keys or a coding agent.
