- **Pro and Max:** Sayonic Cloud, with no API keys to set up, and Cloud credits every month.

## Cloud credits and top-ups

Cloud credits run Sayonic Cloud. A request costs more the bigger it is, and a Live conversation uses about 100 credits a minute. Monthly credits end when the next month's arrive. You can buy more through PayPal, from $5 to $200 at a time, and bought credits don't expire.

## Before you buy

Sayonic runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs with macOS 14 Sonoma or later, understands English, and needs the internet for voice and the brains.

## Questions

**Is Sayonic free?**

The app is a free download; the subscription is for Sayonic itself, from $3.99 a month for each Mac.

**Does Sayonic work without my own API key?**

Yes. On Pro or Max, sign in to Sayonic Cloud in Settings and it runs on Cloud credits: Pro includes 6,000 every month and Max 25,000.

**Is yearly cheaper?**

Yes. Yearly costs ten months' price, so you get two months free. Its Cloud credits still arrive every month.

**How do I cancel?**

Cancel your subscription in PayPal at any time. Sayonic keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for.

**How many Macs can I use it on?**

As many as you buy licences for: one licence covers one Mac, and one key works on all of them.
