Voice control for your Mac
Sayonic is a small pill on your Mac that you tap and talk to in plain words. It opens and switches apps, finds files, plays or pauses a browser tab, adds Calendar events and writes Apple Notes.
How it works
- Tap the pill. It sits at the edge of your screen or in the notch, out of the way until you need it.
- Say what you need. Talk the way you would to a person, second thoughts and all. No commands to learn.
- Sayonic does it. It answers out loud and shows the words in the pill as it goes. When a step isn't clear, it asks.

Questions
- Do I need to learn commands?
- No. Speak naturally, the way you would to a person; there are no set commands to learn.
- Do I need my own API keys?
- No. Sign in to Sayonic Cloud in Settings and it runs on Cloud credits: your subscription includes 2,000 every month. If you'd rather use your own API keys, add them in Settings → API Keys.
- Does it work offline?
- No. Voice and the brains need the internet. Your licence keeps working for 7 days without a connection.
- Does it work on Intel Macs?
- Yes. Sayonic runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs with macOS 14 Sonoma or later.
