Install Sayonic on your Mac
Open Sayonic.dmg, drag Sayonic into Applications, then open it and tap the pill. Sayonic asks for the microphone first.

Install it
Sayonic is a free download from sayonic.app, and setup takes three steps.
- Open Sayonic.dmg. You'll find it in your Downloads.
- Drag Sayonic into Applications. Then open it from Applications or Spotlight.
- Tap the pill and say it. Sayonic asks for the microphone first.
Activate your licence
Your licence key turns Sayonic on. You get it when you subscribe.
- Subscribe with PayPal on the Buy page.
- Copy your licence key. It appears on the page as soon as payment goes through.
- Paste it in Sayonic → Settings, and click Activate.

- Is the download free?
- Yes. The app is a free download; the subscription is for Sayonic itself, from $3.99 a month for each Mac.
- Does Sayonic work on Intel Macs?
- Yes. Sayonic runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs with macOS 14 Sonoma or later.
- Does it work offline?
- No. Voice and the brains need the internet. Your licence keeps working for 7 days without a connection.
